❔Frequently Asked Questions
What is Singularis and how does it work?
Singularis is a next-generation full-body tracking (FBT) system designed to provide precise, seamless VR tracking without the need for traditional trackers.
Instead of relying on bulky devices or batteries, Singularis uses specialized high-speed cameras to track your movements with accuracy and fluidity. This means more freedom, less hassle, and an immersive experience like never before.
Our software processes your movements in real-time and integrates directly with SteamVR, so it works just like traditional VR trackers—but without the extra hardware.

What makes Singularis different from other tracking systems?
Singularis stands out in several key ways:
Tracker-Free Technology: Unlike other systems, Singularis eliminates the need for physical trackers. You won’t need to worry about recharging devices, misplacing them, or dealing with bulky setups.
Auto-Calibration: Singularis calibrates itself automatically when you move in your space and even re-calibrates if you switch play areas. Say goodbye to tedious calibration processes.
Revolutionary Hand Tracking: Our advanced hand tracking system captures every gesture with precision, empowering new possibilities in VRChat, gaming, and even accessibility for the deaf and hard of hearing.
Accessibility for All Budgets: Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced VR user, there’s a Singularis version for you—starting from the affordable Lite version to the high-performance Ultimate pack.
Singularis is designed to make VR tracking more inclusive, user-friendly, and innovative.

Is Singularis compatible with my VR headset?
Yes, Singularis is compatible with most major VR headsets, as it integrates directly into SteamVR. This includes:
PC VR headsets such as HTC Vive, Valve Index, and Windows Mixed Reality.
Meta Quest (when used with Air Link or a cable connection).
If your VR headset supports SteamVR, Singularis should work seamlessly with your setup. Our tracking behaves like traditional Vive trackers, so it integrates naturally into existing workflows and games.

How does the auto-calibration work?
Auto-calibration is one of Singularis’s standout features. During initial setup (which you only need to do when installing your base stations), the system uses its cameras to detect your movements as you walk around your play area. This process takes less than two minutes and requires no additional input from you.
Once calibrated, Singularis will continuously adjust itself in the background to maintain precise tracking, even if you change your play area or if something disrupts the initial calibration.
For Quest users, this means no need to manually adjust trackers or recalibrate after every session—a common pain point with other systems.

What are "satellites" and how are they different from base stations?
A satellite is a lighter version of the base station. While they look similar, satellites do not have internal computing and instead connect to the base station via a USB-C cable. This design allows us to reduce the overall system cost without compromising quality.
Unlike base stations, satellites do not require a separate power supply—they are powered directly through the USB-C connection to the base station. Each base station supports one (and only one) satellite, ensuring a simple and efficient setup.
Additionally, the system features a neutral white color, allowing it to blend seamlessly into a modern interior.
